North Wales Borough 2040 Comprehensive Plan

North Wales Borough worked with the Montgomery County Planning Commission to create a new comprehensive plan, starting in 2016 and adopted it in the fall of 2018.  Since then, the borough has made great progress on several of the plan's recommendations, including a borough-wide sidewalk analysis, upgrades to the sidewalks on Center Street (and better connections to Parkside Place Park), and zoning map revisions and ordinance amendments to help put the comprehensive plan's ideas into action.
