Village Residential District Model Ordinance
This booklet describes a model zoning ordinance, called the Village Residential (VR) District, which will help create small-town character for new high-density residential development. It also allows for the integration of different types of homes, such as single-family detached homes, townhouses, and multifamily condominiums or apartments.
