This invite-only event will bring together thought leaders for critical conversations around the affordable housing crisis. The half-day conference will provide a space for collaboration and creating solutions around funding, housing, and other local needs.  

 

Garry Gilliam

 

Garry is the founder and CEO of The Bridge, a 'for-purpose' real estate development company. The Bridge exists to span the tide: between the rich and the poor, the informed and the untaught, the entrepreneur and the everyday citizen. He hails from Harrisburg, PA, graduated from Penn State with multiple degrees (Business Development, Advertising, and Psychology), spent five seasons playing in the National Football League, and is an inspiring leader in transformation.

Peter Urscheler

 

Peter Urscheler was sworn into the Office of Mayor in Phoenixville, PA, on January 2, 2018. He has worked to champion several causes including affordable housing, increased services for senior citizens, public transportation, reducing the educational attainment gap for economically disadvantaged families, total equality protections, and environmental sustainability.
